Bank Account Assistance

We can facilitate the opening of a corporate bank account for our clients. Assistance with opening of the first bank account is free of charge. We charge S$300 for assisting with opening of each additional Singapore bank account. Our bank account assistance service includes:

1. Preparation of the corporate documents required for the bank account opening
2. Facilitation of the corporate account opening process

Note: We work closely with few selected banks that we beleive offer superior service. We are normally able to arrange account opening meeting with the bank officer at our premises for your convenience. If however you have selected a different bank, we will give you the necessary company documents but you will be required by the bank to visit one of their branches for the account opening process. Please note that if the bank requires our company secretary or the nominee director (as applicable) to visit the bank for the account opening process, an extra fee will apply from us.

Company Secretary

Each Singapore company must have a qualified company secretary who is resident of Singapore and experienced with Singapore Companies Act. This is a mandatory annual service provided by us to all clients that incorporate through us. Our annual company secretary retainer fee is for routine corporate secretarial services that include:

1. Appointing a qualified staff member as the company secretary for your company
2. Reminding you of the various statutory compliance dates
3. Safekeeping, updating, and maintaining statutory registers of the company

Non-routine corporate secretarial services e.g. changes in company structure, attending to official meetings, etc., are charged on a time-cost basis.

Registered Address

For each Singapore incorporated entity, there is a statutory requirement to have a Singapore based registered address. The registered address must be a physical address (not a PO Box) where company records are kept and where official correspondence can be sent and received. Our registered address service consists of:

1. We will list our address as your company's registered address with Singapore Company Registrar
2. We will handle and forward incoming mail for your company as per your instructions

Phone and Fax Service

There is no statutory requirement to have a phone and fax number for a Singapore company. However for convenience and perception purposes, many of our clients who don't have a physical office in Singapore often wish to have a phone answering and fax service in Singapore. Our phone and fax service comes with the following features:

1. Dedicated phone number and a fax number
2. Personalized phone answering by a live operator during normal business hours
3. Forwarding calls to voicemail or diverting to your number as instructed by you
4. Forwarding voicemail and fax messages to your email id

Nominee Local Director

Each Singapore company must have at least one locally resident director. If you do not have a local director for your company, you can utilize our Nominee Local Director service. Please note that providing a nominee director for your company imposes certain responsibilities on you as well as us and we would like to highlight them to you as below.

Our Responsibilities

1. We will appoint a member of our team as the nominee local director for your company
2. The service is offered for statutory compliance only. The nominee director will not be involved in any management, financial, or operational matters of the company.
3. You must appoint one or more individuals (normally the company shareholders) as the company directors who will be responsible for running the company.
4. You can ask our nominee director to resign at any time by identifying another person who can satisfy the local director requirement.

Your Responsibilities

1. We will charge you an annual fee for providing this service.
2. We will also collect a refundable security deposit from you for the provision of our nominee director service. The security deposit is refundable upon termination of our nominee director service.
3. You must satisfy our initial and ongoing KYC requirements.
4. You must subscribe to our monthly bookkeeping service or provide us with monthly financial and bank statements for your company. This is required in order for our nominee director to fulfill fiduciary duties as a company director.
5. You must subscribe to our annual tax filing service.

Dependent Pass Application

For those individuals who are applying for Entrepreneur Pass or Employment Pass and wish to bring their family along with them, they need to file Dependent Pass (DP) application for each of their family members. Our Dependant Pass service includes:

1. Advice and assistance with completing the application forms and preparing supporting documents
2. Filing the DP application with authorities
3. Tracking the application status

Note that the fee listed is for spouse only. Our DP application fee for children is S$400 per child.
