For individuals with good entrepreneurial background but who lack good education and are unable to qualify under Employment Pass category. Only company owners are eligible for Entrepreneur Pass. |

Business idea, business plan, prior relevant background, minimum paid-up capital of S$ 50,000, minimum 30% shareholding in the company, business must be registered as a Singapore private limited company |
