Pardeep Boparai

CEO
Pardeep manages Janus’ strategy for growth and operational efficiency. He conceived the idea for Janus after his challenging experience when migrating to Singapore from the US. Pardeep also oversees the design and overall operations of the software infrastructure and business processes that are used by the organization. He has previously worked in senior technology leadership roles for a number of the world’s leading firms including Oracle, McGraw Hill, Bank of America, Cingular Wireless and Pearson Education.
Pardeep received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the USSR and his MS in Software Engineering from National University of San Diego, USA. He is also the founder of various other successful business ventures and an active angel investor in startups in Asia.
Jacqueline Low

Jacqueline heads the day-to-day operations at Janus. She ensures that the incorporation, corporate secretarial, immigration, accounting and compliance services that we provide to our clients meet the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Jacqueline has over 15 years of experience as a Company Secretary and has managed several corporate secretarial departments in her career. She has acted as Corporate Secretary for a several hundred Singapore-based firms.
Jacqueline holds an MBA degree from De Montfort University, UK. She is an associate member of and is certified by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). She is also a member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
Audra Haugan

Audra manages the business development and client relationship function at Janus. She works closely with clients to understand their Singapore business needs and recommend solutions. Audra also manages our partner network to identify and cultivate relationships with external organizations for the benefit of our clients. Audra has over 20 years of experience in managing business development operations with leading international firms such as Hewlett Packard, Avaya Communications, BMC Software and Verint.
Audra received her MBA degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia. She is currently pursuing her Law Degree from University of New England, NSW, Australia.
Melody Tan Chwee Hwa

Melody provides accounting, tax and auditing advice to our clients to help them design the financial structure for their Singapore-based businesses. She has over 18 years of experience in advisory and operational roles. She previously served as the Group Finance Manager for a large diversified Singapore-based MNC. She has also managed the full sets of accounts for clients in industries such as trading, healthcare, financial services, construction, technology and energy exploration.
Melody leads a team of tax professionals at Janus dedicated to providing services for tax planning and filings as well as preparation of financial statements and audit schedules, and audit liaison for our clients.
Kamaliana Selamat

Yana and her team provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of Janus clients. Together with her team, she is responsible for ensuring that our clients conduct themselves within the Singapore regulatory environment, including compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant rules and regulations of the Singapore government.
She is also responsible for developing the quality assurance processes for the various operational workflows at Janus. Yana strongly believes in providing the highest quality services to her clients and this is reflected in the praise she consistently receives from her clients for the work of her group.
Yana has over 10 years of experience in managing and handling corporate secretarial and immigration services. She has acted as Company Secretary for several hundred companies in Singapore.
Sumati Tandon

Sumati and her team provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of Janus clients. She previously worked as a compliance officer for the National Stock Exchange of India. In that role, she conducted audits and inspections of member companies and liaised with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). She moved to Singapore in 2008 and has been involved in corporate secretarial services assisting hundreds of Singapore companies; in that role, she has managed and executed all aspects of company administration.
Sumati holds a Masters degree in Commerce from India and is a member of ICSI. She has also obtained the CMFAS (Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) certification from Singapore’s Institute of Banking & Finance and the NCFM certification’s for Capital Markets and Futures and Options from the National Stock Exchange.
Hamida Sultan

Hamida works closely with our team to identify the corporate and personal needs of our clients, and provides advice on the procedures and documents necessary for their incorporation or immigration needs.
Hamida holds a Diploma in Counseling Practice and has over 20 years of senior roles in customer service organizations in business and community. She previously worked for Singapore Airlines and managed the presentation of many customer service training programs in Singapore, Asia and the Middle East.
Farooq A Mann

Restructuring, Insolvency and Forensic Accounting
Farooq is a director with ELP – a Janus partner CPA firm. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate insolvency and litigation support matters. He also advises clients in all areas of corporate restructuring and provides forensic accounting services. Farooq can provide support to structure the company’s debt and finances to create a turnaround strategy, lead teams in the insolvency and receivership projects, undertake investigative work to analyze accounting and financial records and trace funds. He also works closely with various solicitors in litigation support engagements.
Farooq holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham (UK) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore, a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore and an Approved Company Liquidator. He also acts as a Receiver and Manager for financial institutions or creditors.
Suresh Bansal

Suresh provides strategy and business development guidance to Janus for its growth in Asia with a particular focus on India. Suresh is an experienced business leader and finance professional with over 25 years of senior executive roles in US, UK, India and Dubai. He has served as the Managing Director of several publicly traded companies in Information Technology and Logistics and he currently serves on the Boards of several firms. He is a well-respected business commentator who has appeared several times on CNBC, Starnews, Zee TV and Doordarshan. He has also been covered by numerous print publications such as Economic Times, Dataquest, and Computer Today. Suresh currently serves on several management committees and industry associations.
Suresh received a Bachelor’s degree from Bombay University, an advanced Management Degree from the Indian School of Business, and a Strategic Marketing degree from Harvard Business School.
Anthony Gale

Tony advises on Janus’s business development strategy for growth in Europe, with a particular emphasis on UK. He is a seasoned executive with experience in international taxation, finance and accounting. Tony has also served on the boards of several private and publicly listed international organizations.
Tony began his career as a finance professional with EMI. Subsequently, he worked in the international project financing group at British Petroleum where he structured and managed BP’s investments in several large projects. He subsequently joined Ernst & Young as a Principal Management Consultant and later Andersen’s UK practice as a Managing Consultant. Over the last 25 years, he has consulted for several international clients and has structured international M&A transactions.
